Episode Summary：
In a world where books are considered a luxury, Myne decides to write her own books. However, Myne is frail. Together with her sister Tuuli, she tries to go to the gate to deliver something that their father, Gunther, has left behind, but after a short walk, she starts to catch his breath. Lutz appears in front of Myne. He is a neighbour of Myne’s and the same age as her. Lutz gives a helping hand to Myne, who has fallen down, and she is impressed. When Mune arrives at the gate, she is given an old stone tablet and is delighted to be able to write.

Urano Motosu, a university student with an addiction to print and a love of books, loses her life in an accident, soon after she has secured her long-cherished job at the library.
Urano finds herself reincarnated as Myne, the daughter of a poor soldier.
She finds herself in Ehrenfest, an otherworldly city ruled by aristocrats with magic and a strict status system.
Myne inspires herself that she can survive with books.
However, in this world with low literacy rates and no printing technology, precious and expensive books belong to the nobility.
They are out of reach for a soldier’s daughter.
Myne, who really wants to read books, is determined.
“If I don’t have a book, I can just write one.”
With no physical strength, no money, all she has is the vast amount of knowledge from the reading she did in her days as Urano.
