Episode 02：Don’t You Already Have a Body?
Episode Summary：
Enchanted by what he felt was truly “good,” Oniyasha begins to wish that he too could dance in the same way. Together with Kogane and Ishiya, he starts visiting the shirabyoshi woman. Their encounter with her becomes the catalyst that changes Oniyasha’s dance. However, it is not only Oniyasha’s dance that begins to change…

📖 Synopsis：
In 1374, during the turbulent age when the Northern and Southern Courts were locked in conflict, the Northern Court’s shogun, Ashikaga Yoshimitsu, was becoming an increasingly dominant force.
Born the son of Kan’ami, head of the Kanze troupe of sarugaku performers, Oniyasha drifts through his days with a hazy question lodged in his heart: Why do people dance? His spirit remains clouded, until the day he encounters a dance that is truly “good.”
Curious, sensitive, and strikingly beautiful, the boy meets people, laughs, cries, confronts his own weaknesses, and slowly begins to shape a new form of dance for a world steeped in impermanence.

I like this anime
I'm angry at him… his father is right… sure her dance look more beautiful when she got nothing, but she is a sickly person… don't take their money, since her dance is so good, her dance should be paid either way
This anime is a masterpiece 😢
Kid acted like whenever a youtuber gets a sponsorship and scream "SELLOUT". LMAO
He's still selfish and pretty much taking things for granted. Like imagine stealing away fair payment because she's not dancing like when she's actually dying. Dad only payed her once he acknowledge that there was improvement to his dancing.
Now she literally can't dance anymore.
Even if the money can't cure her illness, it sure as hell would make her life more comfortable until she dies..
damn did not expect that MC is a genius who's borderline sociopathic
guys the kid(oniyasha) is a boy not girl
OMFG THIS EPISODE INDUCED SO MUCH ANGER IN MEE FKUC
I watched this episode and I started crying. The clearest depiction of the pursuit by professionals for meaning in their work
hes a kid after all, a selfish one lol
