Inglis saying that she wants to have an all out fight with that Frozen Prismer reminds me of Akaza when he was fighting with Rengoku.
Leone's circumstances is kinda like Spiderman when he was just starting out. When he appeared, there were those who regard him as a hero, but, the others including the police and people like J Jonah Jameson considered him as a criminal or a threat to society. Despite how many lives he has saved, most people never gave him the credit that he deserves to the point that he gave up being Spiderman only to return once he remembered why he put on the mask for the first time. Leone, on the other hand, has to uphold her responsibility and commitment as an aspiring protector of her city while also carrying the burden of her brother's betrayal which stained her family's social standing.
The Principle could have just exempt Inglis and have everyone else a try the challenge.
