Episode 23：The Lightning God
Episode Summary：
Borgius used the massive power he got from Nebulim to control his surroundings and rescue Ultimatia from Crimson’s other dimension. However, a man appeared before him from the supposedly defeated Chimera. With the Winged Bloodline cornered, Kamui remembered the Massacre Dragon Gilzea who had once defeated him.

📖Synopsis：
A job to wield a sword, kill dragons, and be rewarded for it, the “dragon hunters”.
Ragna is an amateur dragon hunter. Together with Leonica, a child prodigy who boasts a shocking number of dragon hunts, he challenges himself to dragon hunts day by day.
Ragna has only one wish: “I don’t even have to be strong, I just want to stay by Leo’s side forever.”
An assault from the most evil strongest dragon ripped his fleeting wish to shreds.
The one he challenges is the absolute strongest of them all. The one he defies is the inescapable fate. Beyond the limit, there it lies…
The extreme super austere parallel universe battle!
