Episode Summary：
When Roxy is assigned to escort the Princess of Ranoa, Rudeus joins her on the mission. To his surprise, one of the adventurer parties assigned to the same escort detail, the Amazoness Ace, includes a familiar face. It was Sara, a former member of Counter Arrow, the adventurer party Rudeus once traveled with. Though Rudeus finally has the chance to speak with her again, their reunion does not go quite as he expected.

📖 Synopsis：

With the piled regret and experience from his previous life, he swears to live his life earnestly this time around.
After reuniting with his childhood friend Sylphiette at the Ranoa University of Magic, Rudeus marries her and begins a happy new life. But when the time comes to rescue his missing mother, Zenith, he joins his father, Paul, his mentor Roxy, and their companions on an expedition into the Teleportation Labyrinth on the Begaritt Continent. Although they succeed in saving Zenith after a desperate battle against the Manatite Hydra, the victory comes at a devastating cost. Paul loses his life, and Rudeus loses his left arm.
As Rudeus struggles with overwhelming grief, Roxy stays by his side and becomes his second wife. With remarkable generosity, Sylphiette welcomes Roxy into the family. Together with Sylphiette and Roxy, his daughter Lucy, and his sisters Norn and Aisha, Rudeus resolves to cherish his family’s everyday life and protect those he loves.
Meanwhile, time turns back.
After Rudeus was killed and later revived by Dragon God Orsted, Eris comes face to face with her own weakness. Believing she is no longer worthy to stand beside Rudeus, she leaves him behind.
Together with Ghislaine, Eris travels to the Sword Sanctum, where she trains under Sword God Gal Farion, one of the Seven Great Powers, honing her swordsmanship.
All so that one day, she can become someone worthy of standing by Rudeus’s side.

Interesting how Gal posed his questions towards Nina and Eris. Gino flat-out failed the question of what it takes to become stronger, but Nina and Eris had a passable initial answer.
Gal tested Nina's desire by asking her too choose. She chose one rather than both, which showed her desire was lacking to push farther.
Gal tested Eris's desire by seeing if she would give up after ridiculing her answer. Eris passed by affirming her own beliefs despite Gal's remarks.
While Nina had enough mastery and desire to deserve her the chance at being promoted to Sword King, Eris' answer made her deserving of pushing for Sword Emperor.
