The musical depicted these sequence of scenes from 14:33 until the end with absolute magnificent acting. I don't know how should I explain this, but I love that the musical did not have Sherlock and William pointed their gun against each other. Aside from that, it was implicitly sang by them that William wanted Sherlock to kill Milverton, though he also felt guilty for getting his hand stained.
And people, that is why I love the musical🎉
It's funny how William wanted to be the first person to get killed by Sherlock….

Some might say that Sherlock shooting Milverton like that is a dramatic overkill, but that exact scene serves a purpose to tell us that Sherlock is 100% right on his deduction that, despite planning to reveal William’s identity if he’d ever get killed by the man, Milverton hadn’t had a plan sorted out for publishing Mary’s evidence yet. That means, among those holding gun in the room, Sherlock’s the most free to shoot whoever he wants with no dire consequences. But I believe he did made sure to pour some ounces of his annoyance & anger towards Milverton in every bullet😂
The last scene is unexpected,john 's screaming, william 's sadness and holmes unexpected move everything
