Episode Summary :
Due to “The speaker for the masses”, Diet member Mary Bult’s appeal, the imperial army embarks on a mass arrest of Headkeeper, who supply the populace with weapons.
Meanwhile, to listen to the instructions for the next course of action from the organisation’s branch leader, Arnolt and the others travel to the Gutheil region.
Innumael goes shopping to get a gift for the branch leader, and Schaake, in search for a certain something, stops by her parent’s house where her father, who governs the Gutheil region, waits.

I'm really liking the two main characters, Leo and Innumael, the plot, all the politics, and different points of view that consist of not just the grassroot level members' POV but also the higher ups' POV.
