📖Synopsis：

Interestingly I can understand Morikawa feeling.
-as the eldest child, there is societal/cultural obligation to provide for her 3 younger siblings. She is in no mood for romance.
*Edit: later episode, she reveals the future plan of helping her family farm. Romance is lowest priority.
-earlier episode, the bundled musical score is for trash and recyclable, not for storage (there is another method of packing if its for storage). She has given up trumpet for life (there is an actual conversation with Yoriko on this).
-earlier episode, out of sudden without reason, she does an all-out performance. It's what she believes to be her finale.
-Souma confessed he love her while performing. But she is no longer the trumpet girl he fell in love with.
-Mio friend commented she hates the quiet girl (Morikawa), it refers to someone who given up their passion. Not due to love rivalry.
*Edit: At episode 9, turns out the reason of hate may be Morikawa seems to be always hiding something. Jumped conclusion too early here.
Yet things are never certain, never sure, especially for people of that age. It brighten one's day knowing Morikawa still has hope for own happiness.
Hyouka has mystery; Aria has out of world setting; Super Cub, Yuru camp has subject-of-interest. 'Just Because!' has none of these, yet its still engaging. That's some great storytelling!!
Girls like these are always red flag, don't fall for them… Komiya is only green flag😂
