Episode Summary：
Hiding from Kotoko and Kuro, Rikka now lives alone in an apartment complex. Without a co-signer and only one piece of luggage on her person, Rikka moved into a stigmatized property where three people had committed suicide in the past. The manager of the apartment complex, Kazuyuki Konno, sensed something strange from Rikka, who somehow survived a car crash without as much as a scratch and was unfazed by a stigmatized property, so he decided to ask her why she moved into the apartment and her thoughts about the former tenants who killed themselves.

Beings known as the “Spirits”certainly exist in this world. Just like any other day, the girl known as the Goddess of Wisdom by the Spirits, Kotoko Iwanaga, has received yet another request regarding the spirits. Standing right next to her is none other than the man she fell in love with at the first sight; Kuro Sakuragawa, a man even the Spirits fears.
This is the story of our two main characters combining their strength to face all kinds of peculiar, illogical, and mysterious cases of the unknown caused by the Spirits.
