  1. First they broke my heart by taking her innocence and childhood and smile. Then i felt so relief seeing her being herself made me realise again how a person is way more beautiful when they just be themselves. And through the first outro we know the prince is coming back to her after realising her true self

  2. SPOILER WARNING

I started reading the manga a year or so ago and then gave up because no matter how light hearted and comedic they portrayed the story, when you stop and really think about it, I really feel sorry and sad for the female protagonist. She spent much of her childhood being strictly educated and constrained in preparation for marriage to a man she barely knows, because any and all the time they spent together while growing up in the palace was strictly monitored and she had to follow protocols and social etiquette so she can't really express herself.

Due to a cocamamie plan by the Prince she gets a moment's reprieve and freedom only to be recaptured and restrained under duress to continue with a life and relationship she doesn't really want. Sure she eventually develops feelings for the prince after many unsuccessful attempts to escape, but who's to say it's not Stockholm syndrome at this point? Not a healthy relationship, this.

I don't think I'll be watching the other episodes just like I didn't read past the first couple of chapters in the manga.

  3. It's been a long time since I read the manga series of this! Glad to see that it's been adapted into an anime series as well. I kind of forgot a lot of the major plot points and scenes, however I do remember heavily disliking the prince and her brother in this series so I'm going to keep vigilant and see if he's going to turn out just like his manga counterpart here. I'm truly rooting for her.
