I've watched this Dragon Ball arc over 30 times, and it never gets bored. It's mind-blowing how an anime from 1986 can have more fluid animation and better frames than One Punch Man Season 3.

I just realize that Garou and Saitama are really passionate about becoming hero and villain that they acquire the God level a normal human being can’t acquire, they dont have any power but they only have courage and trust. lesson u can get from these two is never stop and doubting your self, your capability, and everything but just to believe in your self and that u will become one without stopping nor let other things, people, enviroment,, nor sorroundings stop you, but only death it self, and also don,t bring down someone ina weak way but bring them down on your own. Even if they are in their lowest theystill didn’t give up to becoming strong. They experinece bad thing and learn from it then adapt, that is the true lesson to bcoming strong, the ability to adapt, learn, forget and forgive
