Like for example the growing distance between knuckle and meleoron when their goals have diverge; one wants to retreat and inform the association and the other wants to stay and get his revenge. Details like these will be most likely remain unfound if not because of the narrator. Most especially, the audience are high likely stupid than smart given that they find faults in the storytelling just because it doesn't fit their style or something.
